In 2022, Edena Ltd received a grant from the USAID Agriculture Program to enhance its processing and export capacities. The company acquired the necessary equipment and renovated a 750 m2 processing facility as part of the project. Edena Ltd utilized the Program's in-kind grant to secure a bottling line, bottle drying machine, and vacuum testing machine. With support from the USAID Agriculture Program, the company expanded production to include a greater volume and variety of bottled and canned items for the retail segment, thereby creating new revenue streams.
